Telegraph Hill Road becomes one-lane-in, one-lane-out, and rideshare demand after the show is severe because the venue sits on a rural hillside with no commercial area nearby to absorb the surge.
An Edison party bus rental down the Parkway takes care of the post-show scramble entirely: the bus waits in the designated coach lot near the venue perimeter, everyone loads up after the encore, and the group is back on the Parkway while the rideshare queue on Telegraph Hill Road is still 40 minutes deep. Roosevelt Park (Metuchen Rd, Edison, NJ 08837) is a 572-acre Middlesex County park right in the heart of Edison — the largest park in the county system, with athletic fields, the Edison Museum at the park's eastern edge, a pond, walking trails, and the Middlesex County Fair Grounds. The Middlesex County Fair runs each summer, typically in late July, and draws tens of thousands of visitors over its multi-day run — parking lots on Metuchen Road and the adjacent service roads fill by mid-morning, and Woodbridge Avenue backs up heading into the park. For school field days, large family reunions spread across the park's picnic groves, or a graduation party that starts at the park before heading downtown, a minibus or charter bus keeps the whole group together without the parking scramble that makes the fair's last hour chaotic.
